Gaming in 11-inch 1

When you think Alienware you’d think, “powerful, expensive and painfully heavy!” It’s true.

My impression of Dell laptops have always been affordable but average, Alienware on the other hand is the exact opposite – expensive and powerful – not forgetting painfully heavy of course. It’s made for gaming, or so I’ve heard, therefore a reasonably larger screen is somewhat expected of it. Netbook Trademark Kerfuffle is “All about the Money” 0

According to GigaOM, jkOnTheRun broke the news that Psion Teklogix, owner of the “Netbook” trademark, was sending cease-and-desist (C&D) letters to some blogs and smaller web sites.

The news stirred up enough controversy that Psion’s law firm, Origin, sent a response to jkOnTheRun to clarify a few points. For instance they said that they are only going after entities that are “making a direct, financial profit from use of the ‘Netbook’ trademark”. continue reading »
