WTFJeans, iPhone and iPod Touch compatible 1

Calling Apple users (like myself), here’s a pair of jeans you gotta check out. It seems WTFJeans are not just a pair of jeans, it’s a pair of jeans made for the geeks inside and out.

It’s for people who don’t go anywhere without their mobile phones and gadgets, people like me really. continue reading »

No Flash 10.1 for present day Android phones 1

Feb27

Gizmodo thinks that some of you are probably grateful that flash isn’t “coming to Android phones” of the present day that is. Well, I’m guessing… it’s laggy enough as it is, let’s not make it worst? I’m just guessing of course.

There are two factors that determines whether your Android is read or not. And it happens to be both the hardware and the software (Adobe only plans to support Android 2.0 and up) needs to be optimise to be able to run flash and well… current Androids aren’t exactly build “the right way”. continue reading »

Apple increase iPhone 3G download cap 4

I’ve seen this before, in fact, it happened to me just a couple of days ago when I wanted to download a game. Admittedly, I’ve been pretty addicted to my iPhone lately. continue reading »

Gaming in 11-inch 1

When you think Alienware you’d think, “powerful, expensive and painfully heavy!” It’s true.

My impression of Dell laptops have always been affordable but average, Alienware on the other hand is the exact opposite – expensive and powerful – not forgetting painfully heavy of course. It’s made for gaming, or so I’ve heard, therefore a reasonably larger screen is somewhat expected of it. And when a screen is big… usually the rest of it is too – mass counts in kgs most of the time. continue reading »

iPhone ROX! 1

Jan17

Keeping this short.

I’m blogging via an iPhone app I got that links to my WordPress. The app allows me to write, upload images, etc. The best thing about it is that I don’t have to open up Safari and login time after time. It allows me to post and moderate comments through a simple interface. The downside however, is it disables the shortcuts codes I programmed. In other words, although I can upload images and write a proper entry, it’s a little more tedious compared to using my MacBook. continue reading »

Looking forward to LG Eve (GW620) 1

Jan12

Never really a Windows Mobile fan, was a Android fan, still a BlackBerry fan (what’s BB on?), and currently becoming an Apple fangirl.

It’s hard to imagine how far technology has come along. Beginning 2009, only HTC had their Dream running on Android, now, almost every other brand is, or will have a mobile phone, running on the Android platform. LG is no exception. continue reading »

Dear Nokia… 0

Jan9

Just checked my email and received releases from Nokia – I subscribe to them.

Usually I’d read, see if it’s relevance and blog if suitable. Today I realise how pointless it is. It’s not that the news is of no value but… honestly I’ve totally lost touch with Nokia. For as long as I can remember I’ve not tested any of their products. continue reading »

Just received the LG monitor (W2486L) 1

Jan9

I wouldn’t say it’s just-just, but considerably “just” enough. The LG monitor (W2486L) came in yesterday (since it’s waaay past midnight now), roughly in the afternoon.

I was pretty eager to tear open the box but refrained myself from doing so. A lady should not tear open stuff, we should do it gracefully (I didn’t want to break my nails). So with that thought in mind, the search for a pen knife began. continue reading »

Becoming an Apple fangirl 3

It all started with the iPod I reckon.

When I went to Korea last year, I bought my very first pink iPod nano. Initially, I wasn’t head over heels about it. The only reason for the purchase was its price. It was cheap. Almost 50 percent lower than the price in Singapore. There was really no reason for me not to get it. After all, I don’t have a mp3 player then. continue reading »

Have no fear, Canon DSLRs are here! 2

Just the other day, a photographer friend of mine said something like, “You know that DSLR bodies these days don’t really last long right?” I said yes but to be honest, I’ve always had the impression they should last quite a while at least. Furthermore, I treat my gadgets with nothing but TLC. continue reading »
