Just the other day, a photographer friend of mine said something like, “You know that DSLR bodies these days don’t really last long right?” I said yes but to be honest, I’ve always had the impression they should last quite a while at least. The word on the street is that transparent is the new black, but for me, pink is still it. And for that Creative Vado is still be the pocket camcorder for me, or is it?

Every once in a while a new line of cameras, from various vendors, surface in the market. It seems the time has come once again – shortly after COMEX 2009 Singapore.
I hear Nikon has recently announced a new line-up of cameras. The most notably is the Coolpix S1000pj with a built-in projector, and the D300s, the update to the popular D300 DSLR. Read the rest of this entry »
