They say MobileOne (M1) has broken SingTel’s monopoly of the Apple iPhone market in Singapore. And it’s about time.

M1 has secured a deal with Apple and will be selling the iPhone to customers in Singapore later this year.

Earlier, both M1 and StarHub have been vying for the rights to sell the iPhone in Singapore. With this turn of events, the chances of StarHub getting its own deal now appears slim.
