Go wireless with Creative
Creative has been the brand that followed me since my teens. I remember the speakers I had to buy to feel the surround effect while playing my computer games.
I can’t seem to remember what happened to it, but I remember the numerous cables I had to connect and how it totally messed up my “gaming area”. Now all that has changed. Still Creative, just minus the cables.
It’s not the mix I had the last time round but it’s something worth considering. After all, my room isn’t as big and since I don’t play that kinda computer games anymore… surround sound isn’t that important – sound is still important, just not necessary the whole “surround effect”.
Here are some facts about the new Creative wireless speaker system. For starters, it’s called the Creative Inspire S2. It features some high-quality speakers with the Creative DIRECT-THROW subwoofer for great range.
The speakers are relatively small but designed for a great punch. The most important of all, it allows you to hook up your notebook wireless via a USB Bluetooth transmitter, or any other Bluetooth-enabled device within 10 metres.
It’s targeted to be made available mid-November, at a retail price of SGD219.
