More Pink updates from Microsoft? According to a piece from Gizmodo, CNET’s Ina Fried says the Microsoft Pink phones (project pink) are “more the evolution of the Sidekick” using Windows Mobile 7 as the core OS, and in addition to Microsoft’s main phone push. But what’s interesting is the reason Microsoft bought Danger.

Apparently, the reason behind the purchase is its cloud services for their phones. Ina hears that they’ll be a big part of what Microsoft’s doing with phones overall.
